I think that I can have flashed Nvidia gtx 285. It looks the same like original and have the same memory but does not have any information that it is mac version. I bought it on ebay and it’s work with Premiere Pro. Is there any salvation for me?

We have the same issue but to the moment we have made several tests.
    System configuration:
Mac Pro 2010, dual Xeon, 24 GB RAM, Tangent Wave, Panasonic TX-PR65VT20, BT-3DL2550
    Slot 4: Mac RAID
    Slot 3: BM card
Slot 2: Quadro 4000 or nothing
    Slot 1: ATI 5770 or Quadro 4000

    What we have tested:
BM cards: Extreme 3D+ (2 cards), Intensity Pro
    DaVinci: 7.0-8.1 full, 8.1 Lite

All configurations of equipment work well with Adobe Premier 5.5, FC 7 (Extreme 3D+) and BM native player (all BM cards) but BM cards do not work with DaVinci in our case. If we uninstall BM driver or BM card then Preferenses menu can be opened and configured. Otherwise attempt to open Preferences menu cause program crash. Same with clear installation of Mac OS and DaVinci only.

    Regards,

    Vladislav
