    Resolve + HDMI monitor = No Signal?

    Hi Everyone,

    Yesterday I had luck hooking up my HP z27x HDMI monitor for use as a playback device. It went like this:
    Signal -> Decklink Extreme 3 card -> SDI out -> HDLink conversion to HDMI -> monitor

    Now I’d like to just use the HDMI output on my Decklink Card. I’ve hooked the monitor right up to the card today, but I’m not getting any signal in Resolve. I CAN still get signal in Premiere Pro CC however, which means the hardware must somehow be fine.

    Are there resolution settings I’m missing for purely HDMI output?

    have you told your card to switch from sdi out to hdmi out?
    Seems like a silly question, but there are output settings on the Desktop video page you need to look at.

    Was the card doing a conversion in the previous setup, that it isn’t doing now? 1080 to 720, or 24 to 30?
