Resolve for Linux
Hi there,
Regarding the linux version of Resolve, I’ve read that Blackmagic has their own customized version of the CentOS ISO for download. The most recent one that I can find is this from a forum posting:
https://downloads.blackmagicdesign.com/DaVinciResolve/DaVinci-Resolve-Linux-14.0-CentOS_7.3.iso
I was just wondering if this was their most recent one. I can’t seem to find any trace of a Linux ISO for download on the Blackmagic support site.

Just changed the version number, and this one is downloading:

I couldn’t install Blackmagic distro on Blackmagic-specced Supermicro rig. Generic CentOS 7 and most recent Ubuntu worked fine. There are a few libraries you have to add manually but the relevant threads on BMD forums have good walkthroughs.

Thanks, hadn’t even thought of that! Strange that there just isn’t any mention of it on their support site, though.
