Resolve doesn’t see cuda
Hi,
I do my grading on a computer with a 12 core processor and 4 NVIDIA graphics cards, 2 GeForce GTX 590, 1 Quadro 5600 and 1 Quadro 6000.
I have been using Resolve 10 until today when I reversed to Resolve 9 after the problems occured, but Resolve 9 did not get rid of those problems.
Resolve started to crash, saying “display driver stopped responding and has recovered”. Everytime I started Resolve it would crash in 5 seconds with this same message.
So I installed the NVIDIA drivers again, installed Resolve 9, threw away the preferences file in the ProgramData folder, restarted several times, but now when I start Resolve, I get a message telling me that “No CUDA Acceleration Hardware (is) Detected!”
However, when I look in windows device manager, it tells me that the drivers for all four NVIDIA cards are installed and are working properly.
Now I can’t think of any more options to get Resolve running again.
Anybody has a clue?Thanks, Laurent
