Resolve as an XML Toolkit (FCP7 timeline in FCPX and FCPX roundtrip)
With version 8.1 Resolve just became a real XML toolkit. Not only is it the first software to do a Final Cut Pro X roundtrip for colour grading, it can also transfer timelines from FCP7 to FCPX and back. Here are the two tutorials I did this morning:
