    Trying to find out how much finishing I can get away with in Resolve, so wonderring if Resolve has the ability to take a one frame graphic, say a lower third in the form of a tif, and repeat/stretch the frame to fit to fill over it’s background clip on V1.

    I’m working from the premise the answer is, “use a true NLE app,” but just trying to find out where the gravy ends with Resolve…

    You should be able to stretch easily – can’t repeat as far as I can know.
