Resolve 9.1.1 DISK database poor performance
I work for a small company that is hoping to use the Resolve Disk Database to hold the projects on a shared location to incorporate it into our backup system without changing it, etc.
When we try and use the disk database our save times on projects move from 10-15 seconds to over 3 minutes. This really makes the DISK databases unusable.
We are grading 30 minute timelines with ~430 clips using Avid AAF to import footage.
Is there anything we can do to bring down our save times and project responsiveness without having to use the default database? Thanks for any help
