May 11, 2012 at 4:43 pmResponse from Black Magic…
If you have an AMD/ATI GPU card/chipset, then yes, the 10.7.4 update has
broken the Resolve openCL support. Your only current solution is to roll
back to 10.7.3.Regards,

Our development team is working on a solution from our end. It’s possible we could have a fix sometime next week. Can’t give you any more definitive estimate than that.

May 15, 2012 at 3:29 amThanks for that–I was about to start a new thread to ask the same question. I’ll give it another week or two to see what Blackmagic ends up doing.
Question–since this is sort of inspiring me to invest in the second card that the config parameters recommend, and since the GTX 285 is discontinued, do you folks now recommend the 4000?

June 7, 2012 at 6:34 pmJust came upon a new issues, anyone know an answer. When I color a clip and try to store it in the memory I get this note:
“Failed to grab memory from 65 track 0 Clip 2. Memory to be added as a different database Local_DB reference than others in the view.”
This makes it very hard to spread one look over all the clips, any thoughts?
