Resolve 16 doesn’t see license key
Help
Upgraded to Resolve 16 and now my license key isn’t seen by the software.
Working with 8K red footage and exporting to 8K proRes for an urgent project.
I’m totally stuck. The dongle is an official one that came with a cinema camera purchase. I can’t export anything and have deadlines approaching fast. Anyone with any ideas at all???
The dongle is inserted directly to an iMac Pro – either a 10 core or 18 core is having the same issue.

Did you buy this yourself or did you buy it from a third party? There was a version cutoff where fake dongles would stop working.

Yes, its working this morning, but I couldn’t get it to recognise at all yesterday.
