    Hello,
I’m very stumped and hope someone can help me.
When I import my AVCHD .mts files it plays fine in the media section, Color Section and Export section. But in the timeline it drops frames like constantly!! I even tried transcoding to DNXHD and still the same problem. Yet In Premiere Pro CC the same files play fine in the timeline. IS there a setting I have wrong? Even more weird is if I try importing footage directly from the media browser window the thumbnails don’t appear and then the timeline locks up but after a quick restart of resolve 14 and importing same clips using File>Import>Open the thumbnails appear and the timeline doesn’t lock up but still dropped frames.

Also, the video is in 59.94fps project and timeline are in the same frate rate. Drops frames like hell. the little red indicator at the top by the time code is red the whole time. Clip itself under clip attributes is 59,.94fps as well. If I create a project for 29.97fps plays fine

I know it’s not the footage because if I open it up in premiere it plays fine
