Resolve 12 not seeing Teranex 2D anymore
Hi all,
Yesterday, I had Teranex 2D Setup v4.2 running, and Resolve 12.3.2 could see the Teranex. Today, I updated to v4.5 + Teranex firmware update, now Resolve no longer sees the Teranex.
I’ve rebooted the unit and the mac. The Thunderbolt light on the front of the Teranex lights when connected to the Mac, so the unit does see the connection. Any thoughts?

I found the answer to my issue. Before the update, I didn’t have nor need BlackMagic Desktop Video installed (running on AJA I/O), and the output from Resolve to Teranex worked fine. With this update, Desktop Video has to be installed (AJA I/O still connected–no conflict).
