Resolve 12 – how to import video without sound on the timeline
Can anyone help? I would like to import only the video without sound from media pool to timeline. Unfortunately I not quite know how to do it.

With beta 4 you can hold the shift when u drag yo timeline or deselect the auto selector for audio if u use the shortcut or toolbar selection.

Draging with shift imports audio only. What do you mean writing about auto selector ?

He may mean essentially pulling the patch cord out of the timeline “layer” in a similar approach to NLE import conditioning.
