    Hi,
    I am new to ParticleIllusion SE and I am having trouble with the resolution. I import a Quick Time.avi file that looks fine in resolution out of Particle Illusion, but as soon as it goes into the ParticleIllusion interface, the resolution drops significantly. Any suggestions?

    I really don’t know why the resolution would decrease. Try the OpenGL page of the pIllusion Preferences dialog and check the “do not use texture RAM for bg images” option.
