Resizing Filter in FCPX
Hi Fellow X users,
A general question out of curiousity:
Did anybody of you ever did an extensive research wether the resizing algorhythms of FCPX and DaVinci are equal or which one is better?
I had some excellent results with re sizing SD Footage to HD for a cinema film,
And wondered, how does FCPX keep up pin that department?Thanx.

From my experience, Resolve is better but FCPX isn’t the worst at it either.

I wouldn’t do this directly in either if it were really a lot of footage and quality is critical. Much better plugins exist that do this as good as it can be realistically done.
