  • Resizing both sources at the same time with cookie cutter

    Hey guys,

*** Just a mention, i have created the same topic on Sony Vegas Basics board which seems to be a little dead unlike this one. Hope its no problem! ***

I want to do image inside image using cookie cutter (or some other method) that is being resized (zoomed in) over time without getting clumsy. Example video: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/43525724/example.mp4
So its basically an “O” letter with another video source (yellow “image”) inside and both tracks are getting bigger and bigger over time, until empty space inside “O” letter (that is the other video) covers whole screen. Ive no single clue how to make it smooth, that “image” source covers whole space nicely inside the “O” letter untill its fullscreen. Hope you understand and thanks in advance!

Unless I’m missing something, I think I would make the two “O” shapes in photoshop and then save them as a png file. That way the center portion can be transparent and then just use the pan/crop tool on the sync cursor to enlarge it over time.
