    resizing an existing composition

    I just changed my composition settings from 800*600 to DV720*480.
    Now all of my layers are scaled wrong.
    Is there a way to scaled down all of the 94 layers with a single move?
    I’ve tried an adjustment layer, but I’m either doing it wrong, or that’s not it.
