Resetting Premiere
Hey all, running Premiere and After Effects 24.6 and experiencing a few bugs.
1. You used to be able to be able to do a simple copy + paste (CTRL + C, CTRL+V) to bring a clip from your Premiere timeline into AE. This no longer appears to work.
2. Upon opening Premiere, it will not display the most recent projects that have been opened, but random old projects from years ago.
3. The shortcut to send a timeline to Media Encoder (SHIFT+ALT+M) does not work. I have to manually go File > Export > Media Encoder.
4. Media Encoder does not remember where I told it to save files to. Every time I open Media Encoder, I have to go to output settings to tell it again where to save files.
These are all minor bugs that eat up a lot of time. What is the best way to reset these settings without doing a complete reinstall and having to reinstall all of my plugins and extensions?

To address the copy-paste issue between Premiere and After Effects, try resetting your preferences
For the recent projects not displaying in Premiere, clearing the media cache might help; go to
Edit > Preferences > Media Cacheand delete the cache database. <div>To fix the Media Encoder shortcut issue, check your keyboard shortcuts in Premiere by going to

Thanks Jack, I have cleared the media cache several times.
Unfortunately, AE to Media Encoder is not a simple keyboard shortcut issue.
