i saw that there was a post about this already, but i can’t find the hotkeys pref file.

i’m on someone else’s C4D today and I can’t use “holding 1” like the default. is there any way to change the hotkeys back to the default, or just change what 1 does?

    thanks

Right click on any toolbar icon and select “Command Manager” from the context menu. Type 1 into the shortcut filter and it will bring up whatever it’s assigned to. Then you can reassign it, or add your command to it, in the shortcut box.
