Reset Axis??

There are several free plugins out there that deal with axis placement such as AxisCenter and a few others. Do a quick google search and you will be sure to find them.

Click on the axis tool and go to the coordinates manager, in the rotation section, input 0 on all three. That should give you axis that is same as the world axis.

Be sure to go back to object tool mode after you’re done.
