reset activation number [rt #15135]
How long will it normally take to have my activation of PI resetted?
Yesterday I downloaded the new update 3.04 for particle illusion. Then I could not start the program anymore, so I went to START-PROGRAMS-PI to reset the default values. Next I had to activate PI again, but I got the message that PI had been activated on-line already 3 times.
I asked Wondertouch support to reset the numer of activations [rt #15135]
Unfortunately, I didn’t get any response today. I can understand that things can not always be fixed immediatly. But since I am about to finish a project, I was just wondering how long it migth take before I can continue to work on the project.Theo

Don’t know what your issue was, but today I’m suddenly asked to Activate my copy of PI. AND the program is crashing while waiting for me to activate (which I can’t because I’ve exceeded the number of activations). Jeez I hate copy protection. Does it REALLY work? (Other then screwing up legitimate users’ experiences?
Running 10.6.5 OSX
