I usually use the setting “smart resampling”. When do you use the setting “forced resampling” and “none resampling”?

When I`m adding slow motion the movie jitters alittle bit.. Has the resampling anything to do with that?

Smart Resample is auto-pilot. This lets Vegas decide if it should resample or not. Force Resample and Disable Resample put you in control of whether to resample or not. If you were trying to slow down PAL 50i video to 24p you would want to disable resample so that Vegas simply plays the existing frames back at a slower cadence. If, however, you were trying to make slow motion from normal speed you would want to force resample to make sure that Vegas generates in-between frames where there are none to make the video smoother as it slows down.
