  • Replicating the Highlights portion of Shadow/Highlights with a diffferent effect

    Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone had any easy suggestions on how to tone down highlights in a scene without using the Shadow/Highlights effect, because the flicker issue is driving me insane 🙂 I don’t often feel like I need to do that, but it’s cropped up a few times recently, and changing the Highlights by 1 and then re-rendering and re-watching the entire clip over and over looking for flickers is getting old fast. I can’t believe this effect has been broken for YEARS and they still haven’t fixed it. I played around with Luma Curve, but couldn’t seem to replicate the same type of results. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
