    Replacing footage within a sequence.

    In Final Cut, you can right click on the clip and use the paste attributes to replace footage. Is there a way to replace a clip within the sequence in AVID keeping all the transition effects?

    Mark the Clip (T) and Overwrite (V) with your source clip. That should keep the transitions.
