Replace footage in timeline, Prem Pro 1.5
Is there a ‘replace footage with’ function available in Prem Pro 1.5 anywhere? I want to replace clip in the timeline with an alternative source (can do it in AE no problem)

Not sure if the Replace Function is in Premiere1.5 but I suppose you could always just replace the original source file with the same name?

Or, you can use the Project>Unlink Media command in PPro 1.5 (it’s called Make Offline in PPro 2.0). It will make the current asset show up in the Project window as offline. Once it’s offline, you can relink it to the new media.
