I’ve a footage (TGA sequence) that I use in dozen of comps and I want to replace this footage by a comp…. how can I do it easily instead of replacing the footage in each comp.

    thanks for help…

The only thing I can figure out is to drap and drop the footage into each Comp in the Project window itself. But then you still have to transfer any effects, etc. that you have on the original footage. Hmmm, tough one.

If I’m understanding your question right, that is.

Actually, if the original footage isn’t interacting with anything else (3D, Matte, etc) you could render the Comp to a movie and import>replace the original footage.
