    Hello to all,

I cannot find the parameter in DVDA3 which at the end of a chapter, repeat until a new chapter is chosen. Any help is appricated. Thank you for your time.

    Sincerely,

    Angelo

    Look for “End Action”

    Hello Sir,

End action in DVDA is for menus only I belive. You have hold, link & loop. It’s not looping the chapters. I would like the user to select a chapter point from the menu and then It will loop until another chapter is selected. Thank you for your help. How about a script command in DVDA4?

End Action works for chapters too.

    Hello Sir,

Please excuse my ignorance. I can’t seem to do it. I created my movie in Vegas with 5 chapters. Then, I brought it into DVDA. I then created a scene selection menu. On the menus, I set the end action to loop because I am using a custom vido\sound animation. I then select the movie file in the project overview window but the end actins are to link when a movie is finshed playing or to stop altogether. I just don’t see what I am missing to get the chapters to self loop. Thank you again for your help & continued patience with me.

    Sincerely,

If you want the chapters to indivdually loop, you’ll have to add the video again, set the in AND out points, and then set the “end action” to loop.

If I want individual chapters to loop, I generally create each one as individual files and then set the individual file to loop. But you then have issues if you want to create a “Play All” function.
