  Repair a Hyperdeck Shuttle 2

  I had a shoot where the mini bnc connector on my Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 fell off. now it wont record I have had this unit for less than a year. and this is only my second shoot with this unit. has this happen to anyone else. I was preparing to purchase 2 more for my JVC 250s but I am a little shaky know. where can I send for repair. I am in Michigan. I purchase the one I have from B&H. If this unit had the regular BNC connectors it would be the perfect fit for my JVC 250 cameras. Thank You For your help
