Is it possible to render and upload the same video to Youtube at the same time? My rendering often takes around an hour and it really delays my videos.

No, but that’s a great idea so save time. Of course it will still take as long as the slowest procedure (either rendering or uploading) but it could cut down on overall time. You should make a Product Suggestion to Sony.

Video4YouTube can render your project and then upload it in a background process.
