    Hi all

I’ve creating some title type which is a combo of white and red (some words are white and some are red ) that appears on black. The white appear perfect and the red always seems to fall apart a little.

I’m going to comp it over some fottage in FCP and key out the black.

I’ve tries compressing in h.264, Sorrenson3 and mpg4 and on all the white is perfect and the red not.

    Any suggestions.

Did you properly account for video/ signal levels? Red is particularly bad. Also: Why don’t you just export a format with Alpha from AE and then import that into FCP? Using keying seems an awfully long way to go for some simple text.

You are rght about the keying, how would I export with alpha so that I skip the whole keying process?
