  Rendering to windows media

  I have Vegas 6.0 and i have been trying to render my film in window media and it comes out dark and slightly blurry. I have tried all different settings and nothing seems to work. Whats the best settings to set for this to work? I had tried 256 kpbs and tried to make it 640×480 and on video rendering quality i picked best. Is there something I’m missing? This is for streaming and downloading and i want to make the best possible version i can.
