I’m trying to render to a DNxHD Quicktime with alpha.. I have the settings properly set up in the render queue, but I never get an alpha channel.. If I render the same output to an image sequence, it works fine..

Looks like a DNxHD problem.. All the other codecs work fine..

DNxHD somewhat recently added alpha channel support (or at least this is what I read a year or so ago). Maybe you don’t have a recent enough version of the codec.
