Rendering to preserve transparancy
In AF CS6, I rotoscoped a Heart out of a picture and I want to render it out while preserving transparency so I can put it in FC X and use it over other footage. When I try to do it I turn on transparency in the Comp but I get a black background around the image. Your help is appreciated.

Are you using the right settings for rendering?
Go to Output Module Settings and Choose RGB + Alpha under Channels section.
