I’m creating several animations that need to be rendered to AVI uncompressed. AE 7 on Macs doesn’t allow you to render to AVI, only export, which is not ideal because you can’t create a queue and it leaves a blank frame at the end. Is there any way to render to AVI within After Effects 7?

    Thanks, Jim

No, but you can always create an uncompressed Quicktime file and then export the AVI file from Quicktime Pro… Not ideal, but it does work.

Yeah that’s what we’ve been doing. Just trying to find a faster workflow. Thanks anyway for your help.
