    Hey guys,

Ive been making a kayak video in Prem CS5 and have been doing some colour isolation in AE CS5 and importing them into premiere. That works fine but it seems that when I render my project in Prem it suddenly removes the colours I had isolated in my clips. If I pull another copy of the clip out of my project bin the colour iso is fine but when I put it in the timeline and render it it disappears! I’ve also had trouble with clips spontaneoulsy becoming pale with pink vertical lines. If I adjust the opacity from 100% down to about 75% the clip looks ok again but usually after I render or reopen the project this problem returns. Any ideas? Any help would be awesome! Clips are from Mini DV
