  Rendering problems

  I´ve used a program called Fraps to record when Im playing online.
  With the clips I made a movie but there a problem. After I render it the quality of the movie is very very bad and blurry. But what I really want is the complete file (after its rendered) to be the same quality as the fraps clips are from the beginnin.

  How do I do that?
