Rendering Problem
I just realized rendered video is about 20%/30% darker than what I see in Vegas preview window.
What could cause that?
Thanks.BTW yes my rendering template has the same settings of my project.

I assume you are seeing this when you render in a Quicktime format?

Check for a StudioRGB or ComputerRGB conversion in the Preview stream.
