    Hi guys
I have an issue with FCPX since many years. I often cannot render optical flow slo mo. It goes instantly from 0 to 100 but remains unrendered. No issue on rendering normal speed clips or normal slo mo.
I can hardly believe that i’m the only one to have this issue, because i have it on both my laptop and iMac.
    Thanks for your help.

Is the issue with a specific clip?

I’ve encountered the same issue. It doesn’t happen often, but is frustrating when it does occur, since the clip has to be exported to be played in realtime. I had attributed this to my underpowered computer (2012 Macbook with only 8GB of RAM), but my company just upgraded to a 5K iMac, and I’m having the same issue. Sorry, wish I could be of more help, just wanted you to know you’re not the only one 🙂

Hi, it is with most clips slowed down in optical flow mode. Here is a video that shows the issue. > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PH3OunPRbAI

I cannot believe that Apple has not fixed this issue yet ? I’ve been encountering that for years, on all of my computers…
