Odd. I reopened an old project, made a few simple changes, and now the animated mask I created does not render. The mask previews properly, but does not render at all. It must be a render setting, but I can’t figure out which one. Ideas?? Thanx. After Effects 7.0

is it set as a – Guide Layer ?
(in the timeleine – right klick – Guide Layer)

a GL will show in the work but not in der Render.

Thanks, Stefan. I don’t think AE 7.0 has guide layers in the timeline. I can switch guide layers on and off in the render queue, but it doesn’t remedy.

Thanks, Dave. You’ve bailed me out before…. I figured it out. I don’t understand it, but I figured it out.
And no, it’s not from an even earlier version. AE7 was cutting edge in it’s day, but I can’t keep up.
