thanks for replying
the footage is encoded with mov format that is not supported with after effects but it is ok with adobe premier and i am reading it locally not over network .

What is your source footage?
What are format are you encoded to?
Where does your source footage reside (local drive, SAN, RAID, etc.)?
Where are you writing the output file to?
What type of effects do you have on your footage? After Effects dynamic link compositions? Color correction?
Is OpenCL rendering turned on in AME?

As an aside, the computer you list is not particularly strong for this type of work. Buying a budget laptop works fine for editing footage, but typically you feel the pain at this stage – transcoding. On many consumer laptops when you run parallel processes like exporting (CPU and GPU at the same time) the system will drop the clock speed of either the CPU or GPU (or both) in order to save power and not overheat. So where you save money on the purchase, you’ll lose time in the long run because it’s not as fast as a higher end laptop/workstation.

The mov format is a container file type. What is more useful to know is the actual codec used within this container (for example H.264, Mpeg4, Motion Jpeg etc…)

I am not sure which codec but i can not open it with after effects , only premiere could open .

1. source footage : Mov , 29.97fps , i am not sure what is its codec but its not supported by after effects , only premiere could open it .
2. I used youtube hdtv 1080p 29.97fps preset to encode it .
3. local drive
4. local drive as well , not external drive also
5. well , i only use RGB curves to create a contrast but a lot of transition , and i yes i used the dynamic link with after effects to add a text animation but it is not that complex of an animation .
6. as for open cl rendering i did not find it in the AME setting or preference , i do not know how can i enable it .
I did not know that this laptop was that bad and working with 3d is worst than that
do you have a solution for me , should i change the mother board or my graphics or what be cause at the moment i can not buy another work station .

It’s difficult to say what the problem could be.

Just in case of software conflict, make sure you don’t have any other programs running alongside AME when you render.
If you have access to another computer try rendering on that to see if you get similar render times, (taking into consideration any spec differences between computers).

Beyond this, I suggest a process of elimination:

I assume you’re main edit is from Premiere, so, does the render run faster if you render directly in Premiere?

If still slow then AME may not be at fault. Try switching off the After Effects text animation, since the AE dynamic link might be causing problems. Render and see if it’s quicker.

Next disable all effects in Premiere, render again.

If things are still slow, try replacing parts or all of your edit with let’s say an imported jpg and if it still takes hours to render this would suggest there is something wrong with Premiere.

You could then try disabling any plugins you have but if this doesn’t work, I can’t think of anything except re-installing Premiere.

I tried to export it with adobe premiere it was worst actually , Do you know anything about
upgrading laptops ? that thing will be very helpful .

I’m more of a desktop person when it comes to computer upgrades.
Laptops are trickier to upgrade (Dell are likely even worse, if their desktops are anything to go by!)
I would suggest upgrading as a last resort once you’ve eliminated other possible problems as described in my previous post.
