  Rendering Issue when editing Frame by Frame

  So I’m not that much of an experienced editor but I do know the basics. For a video I made to put up on YouTube, I did some frame by frame editing when I’d put a green png square over a part of video and so on frame by frame. Upon rendering I keep having the issue where my frames either jumble up or are missing. If someone could help as soon as possible I’d appreciate it.
