Rendering in two different files

What format are you rendering to?

Hi,

I’m rendering to wmv but i’ve tried other formats and same result. The result is two different files, one video and one audio.

I don’t know what other files you’ve tried but a WMV render only gives one file.
Please list your render procedure, step by step.

OK. You’re doing it properly.
What are the extensions of the two files that you end up with?
i.e. WMV and what else?

Wmv and the other is .mp3.sfk

An sfk file is what’s used by Vegas to draw the audio waveform on your timeline.
I have no idea why this one is preceded by the mp3 extension. Maybe it’s a leftover from a previous render.

Try rendering to a brand new empty folder and see if you still get two files.

You can ignore .sfk and .sfl files. They are created by Vegas for internal use.
