Rendering good text crawls
What are some good speeds to run text crawls at in NTSC video? When I run the video at 120 pixels per second and render out in fields text looks great and clear. It is moving too fast. When I render out at 60 pixels per second the text appears to be at half the resolution. Any ideas?

small fonts get ripped apart, use large, broader fonts that aren’t skinny and wimpy.
less saturation
use fast blur 5%
