rendering gives poor quality and sound track with no sync

Hi ]
I am rendering a sony 16 project consisting of a video and audio track
I am using magic avc/aac and internet 4k 2160 at 25 fps
Result is poor or no audio PLUS audio out of sync

Any help appreciated. I have never managed a correct production yet using vegas

You may have more luck in using the official Magix Forum for Movie Studio

This forum is more tuned for Vegas Pro users. (sorry about the bold character, I can’t get rid of it…)
