  • Rendering from AE to FCP in Apple 10 bits: text looks jaggy

I do this job in AE PAL 16:9. I look at the text on my video monitor in AE and it is clean. I render in Apple 10 bits uncompressed and import the clip in FCP and it looks jaggy. So what’s up??

I did look at it on a video monitor. I just tried this ‘sheer’ codec and now it looks better. I will try animation later on
