Rendering fades
HI,
I was just wondering why sometimes I have to render fades in FCP, whilst sometimes I don’t. I get all my footage into the programme using firewire. What’s it all about Alfie?

Depends on your RT settings and how many tracks you have active and your computer hardware’s robustosity.
