Rendering error
After perhaps 9 hours of encoding I get this: error during rendering/encoding. and everything stops. great.
What am i doing wrong?

There are about one zillion apps out there. Are we supposed to guess which one you’re using?

OOPS! Sorry. I am using iDVD 5.
I have a problem with burning DVD with Toast 7 and iDVD 5. Encoding times are very long with both softwares. Even when I uncheck the reencoding option in Toast it still encodes. Also it seems I cannot burn files larger than 700Mb on a 4.7GB disc using both programs. Is this normal?

These kind of odd errors are normal for these 2 apps.
Though they should be working.
do you have all the current updates for both?
