Rendering DVD makes clips out of order
I have a apple quad 8 core intel tower running final cut 6 and OSX5.8
I am having a very strange problem which is: if I put my clips together and add my effects transitions it all looks good and works fine until I render everything to make a DVD, after I render everything the clips are all out of order and so are the effects (not the way it looked before I rendered it) in short, if I put it together and play it on my timeline for viewing before rendering it all looks fine but once I render it it is not the same as before it was rendered, I have never had this problem before, can someone tell me what is causing this and how can I correct this? Post the properties of the source clips. ProREs? DV? or?
Also post the sequence settings you’re using.

Trash your render files and re render.
