  • Rendering Alpha Channel for Targa Seq. – How to ?

Posted by Ace Billet on October 16, 2005 at 6:14 pm

I have to output some animation sequences created in AE to Flame.
The flame guy wants the animation in TGA sequneces (no problem here)
However, he also wants the Alpha for the animation.

How do I output to a dieffernt sequence only the Alpha of my graphics ?
I did render the TGA in 32bit but want to output the alpha as well.

    cheers

    Hi,

Chose “Alpha” in the output module setting window for “Channels”

    Salut.

Create another output module (composition>add output module) that only renders the alpha. Instead of RGB or RGB+alpha, just choose “alpha”.
