I’m working on getting an output template set for digital delivery at a local TV station.

The comp is set up as 1080i (1920×1080) I’m outputting it for station #1 as DVCproHD file. Work’s great, it’s their native playback format.

    Station #2’s native format is 720P H264 @ 59.94. So I need to:
    1. change the field order from UFF to none-progressive
    2. the Framerate from 29.97 to 59.94
    3. change the size from 1920×1080 to 1280×720
    4. save as H264 instead of DVCProHD

Can I just do this with a different render setting and output module? Is this the best way (highest quality) to do this?

    Thanks,

    Matt

    Thanks Dave,

My primary editing app is Media100HD, but I have FCS as well and will check into the “droplet” work flow you suggested.
