  • Rendering 1080 footage at 50 Mbps bitrate

Posted by Christian Neil on August 21, 2018 at 2:50 am

I have a distributor that sent out some very specific specs for the file that they want, and one of them is a 50Mbps bitrate. It appears that the maximum bitrate available in Premiere or Media encoder is 320k, and I’m not sure where to go from here. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me tackle this issue in a timely manner 🙂

You’re probably looking at the audio options. What are the exact specifications you got?

From the export window choose H264 as the format and set your video profile and bitrate under the video tab.
